1. Agreement to Terms

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the services provided by Local Price Korea (the 'Company'). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Definitions

• Service: Refers to all services provided by the Company through www.localpricekorea.com, including Korean plastic surgery price comparison, hospital information, and consultation booking.
• User: Any individual or legal entity who agrees to these terms and uses the services provided by the Company.
• Partner Hospital: Medical institutions that have partnered with the Company and provide information through the service.
• Consultation: The process by which users request consultations with partner hospitals and communicate with them.

3. Service Description

The Company provides the following services:

• Price information for plastic surgery procedures
• Information and location guidance for partner hospitals
• Hospital consultation booking and connection service
• Real-time chat consultation with hospitals
• User review submission and viewing

The Company may change the content, schedule, and pricing of services without prior notice, and may suspend some or all services.

4. Membership Registration and Management

Registration

Users can register through their Google account and must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

User Obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information, and update it promptly when changes occur
• Maintain account security and not transfer it to others
• Comply with relevant laws and these terms
• Refrain from prohibited activities

5. Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in the following activities:

• Providing false information or stealing others' information
• Impersonating the Company, its employees, or partner hospitals
• Posting spam, advertisements, or promotional information without authorization
• Posting illegal, obscene, or harmful content to others
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
• Interfering with the normal operation of the service
• Using the service for commercial purposes without prior approval from the Company

6. Consultation Booking Service

Users can request consultations with partner hospitals through this service. The Company intermediates connections between users and hospitals and is not responsible for the content or results of consultations.

Medical Service Provider: The Company is not a medical institution and does not directly provide medical services. All medical consultations and procedures are the responsibility of partner hospitals.

Users should gather sufficient information and consult directly with hospitals to determine if services are appropriate for them before making decisions about consultations and procedures.

7. Fees and Payment

The information provision and consultation intermediation services provided by the Company are currently free. If paid services are added in the future, we will notify users in advance and obtain their consent. Procedure costs are paid directly between partner hospitals and users, and the Company is not involved in the payment process.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights to this service and all content included in the service (text, images, logos, design, etc.) belong to the Company. Users may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or modify them without the Company's prior written consent.

Users are responsible for content such as reviews and opinions posted on the service, and the Company may use them for service improvement and promotional purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for the following:

• Accuracy, completeness, and reliability of information provided by partner hospitals
• Actions and service quality of partner hospitals
• Results of medical consultations and procedures
• Service interruptions due to force majeure such as natural disasters or system failures
• Failures of third-party services (Google login, Sendbird chat, etc.)

10. Termination

Termination by User

Users may terminate the service agreement at any time by withdrawing their membership.

Termination by Company

The Company may restrict users' service use or terminate the agreement in the following cases:

• Violation of these terms
• Providing false information or impersonating others
• Engaging in illegal activities or activities that harm public order
• Not using the service for more than 1 year

11. Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes arising from the use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters.

12. Changes to Terms

The Company may change these terms as necessary, and the changed terms will be announced through the website. The changed terms will take effect 7 days after the announcement, and if users do not agree to the changed terms, they may stop using the service and withdraw their membership.
