It seems like the vice director, not the director. Their cold, aloof attitude and disregard for patients are off-putting. Doctors like that only have a negative impact.

You did a great job with the laser treatment...👍👍 I also had a very comfortable experience with the aftercare. The staff member who provided the treatment had such a gentle touch haha. It was so comfortable that I actually dozed off😉
