I went for a consultation, but the manager couldn't remember the appointment with the client, and their tone during the consultation was unpleasant.

상담하러 갔는데 실장님이 고객과의 약속도 기억을 못하셨고 상담하는 동안 말투가 기분이 나빴습니다.

This is the place I always come to for procedures. You don't make excessive recommendations and only tell me what is necessary. Thank you for always taking such thorough care of me.
