My melasma and scars had turned dark, causing me so much stress. I heard that cosmetics could help, so for two years I watched ads and bought and used all sorts of products. While others said they worked, I saw absolutely nothing. That made me think I needed to go to a hospital, so I came here. The director and the manager are incredibly kind; they are always such wonderful people. Since this is my first treatment, I suppose it will take quite a while for the effects to show. Review of my 4th visit to Doctors Gwanggyo Branch. I hadn't been able to visit for a while due to lack of time, but I went because I had developed a lot of strange bumps on my face, like sebaceous gland hyperplasia, so I decided to get rid of them completely. Since it was a weekday afternoon, I entered right at my scheduled appointment time. As expected, Manager Jung Soo-hee greeted me warmly and kindly for the first time in a while, and the procedure proceeded very quickly. The director performed the CO2 treatment with the utmost care to minimize pain, and the staff took excellent care of me after the laser treatment. There is no need to go to various dermatology clinics. If you find it difficult to choose because there are so many, just go to Doctors at L-Port Gwanggyo and focus on one place, and your skin will be reborn. Manager Jung is such a veteran and takes such good care of me that I am satisfied every time I visit. I have now realized that going to a dermatologist once is actually more effective than spending money on various expensive cosmetics for my skin aging, which absolutely does not reverse on its own.

닥터스 광교점 4번째 방문 후기 시간이 없어서 한동안 방문을 못했는데 얼굴에 피지샘증식증 같은 이상한것들이 많이 생겨서 이참에 아예 없애버리려 갔습니다. 평일 오후라 예약 시간 바로 입장했고 역시나 오랜만에 정수희 실장님이 반갑게 친절하게 맞아주셔서 진행을 아주 빠르게 해주셨어요. 원장님께서도 최대한 아프지 않게 그 이상 CO2 치료해주시고 레이져 후 직원분들이 관리를 잘해주셨답니다. 피부과 여기저기 갈 필요 없어요. 워낙 피부과가 많아서 선택하기 어려우시다면 엘포트 광교 닥터스 가서 한곳만 파면 내피부는 다시 태어납니다. 정실장님이 워낙 배테랑에 잘챙겨주시니까 갈때마다 만족합니다. 절대 스스로 돌아오지 않는 내 피부노화 여러 비싼 화장품 사는 돈으로 피부과 한번 가는게 차라리 효과적인걸 이제 알았네요^^

This time, I wanted to try something different, so after consulting with a specialist, I am currently receiving Dencerty and M-Face treatments. I was so grateful to the director for kindly and thoroughly explaining all my questions. The consultation manager also explained the events and precautions well, and the receptionist was very helpful with parking and guidance even though they seemed busy. The therapist also made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I hear All Tight is really good value for money these days for facial shaping, so I will be back for another consultation soon. I have been visiting this clinic for nearly three years for facial scar treatment. They always check my wounds meticulously, and whenever I get skin trouble, they provide consultation and treatment with the same kindness. Having been here for so long, I have met all the doctors at the clinic, and all three of the current doctors are incredibly kind! The reception and billing staff are also always fast and efficient, which is why I have stayed here without switching clinics. 👍

I had previously only used this clinic for cosmetic treatments, and this was my second insured treatment. The director is always kind and explains things well, so I am satisfied with the treatment itself. However, I am writing this review because the receptionist's attitude differs significantly between cosmetic and insured treatments. I believe the standards of service should not differ simply because it is an insured treatment. Even though I needed continuity with my previous treatment and stated that I was okay with waiting, I was told with dismissive language that it was difficult to specify the director and that I would be assigned to a different one. I would understand if the handover of treatment were done properly, but I am repeatedly forced to explain everything from the beginning every time. With this kind of approach, I question whether the continuity of care and the system are functioning correctly as a hospital. I hope that the customer service and treatment coordination systems will improve alongside my high satisfaction with the treatment.

I think I have used this clinic intermittently since it first opened. It is difficult to find a specialist in the neighborhood, so I have received dermatological and medical treatment here. I don't usually write reviews like this, but I am writing this to help others. Every time I visited, I was annoyed by the unfriendly service from the front desk staff, but I assumed they would change; however, it seems their standards remain the same. They ignore patients, respond in a curt and irritable tone, or even pretend not to hear. I understand that I have to wait, but I am forced to wait indefinitely in an unpleasant atmosphere. The staff ignore patients and do not provide proper guidance. They tell me to make a reservation via Naver for medical conditions, but that is not possible. I went there urgently because of itching, but they didn't even ask what I was there for and showed no interest. Personally, I have seen all the doctors, and while only one was decent, it is difficult to specifically request one.

처음 개원 때부터 지금까지 중간 중간 이용했던 것 같아요. 동네에 전문의를 찾기가 어려워 이곳에서 피부과 진료도 받아봤고 질환 진료도 받았었는데, 이런 리뷰는 원래 안쓰는데 다른 분들에게 도움 되시라고 씁니다. 그동안 갈 때마다 데스크 직원의 불친절한 응대에 매번 기분 나빴으나 바뀌겠거니 했는데 직원의 수준은 그대로인 것 같습니다. 사람을 보지 않고 퉁명스럽고 짜증나는 말투로 응대하거나 못들은척까지 합니다. 기다려야하는 건 알지만 불쾌한 분위기에서 무한정 기다려야 합니다. 직원들이 환자를 무시하고 안내도 제대로 하지 않아요. 질환은 네이버예약하라는데 불가. 간지러워서 급해서 갔는데 무엇때문에 왔는지 묻지도 않고 관심도 없습니다. 개인적으로 의사샘은 다 만나봤지만 한분만 괜찮았으나 지정은 어렵습니다.
