For those who have treated atopic dermatitis with herbal medicine, I am curious about the effects and side effects.

Hello. I am a working woman in my late 30s. I had severe atopic dermatitis when I was young. I did go for treatment, but I kept stopping and starting, so I managed to get through it. It got much better as I became an adult, but it started to flare up again around the end of last year due to a rush of work, stress, and constant overtime. It has worsened since April. It itches particularly on my neck, the creases of my arms, and even my face. I scratch so much at night that I can't sleep properly. I wake up because of the itching... Since my skin has become sensitive, my makeup doesn't apply well, and I'm self-conscious about meeting people. It is difficult to concentrate on work because the itching persists even at the office, and I am very worried that this condition will continue. I have been using moisturizers and ointments consistently, but they seem to improve for a while before coming back quickly. I've been to three different dermatology clinics. Applying ointment helps a bit, but recently I was advised not to use stronger ointments for too long, and even those don't seem to be working well, so I'm feeling anxious. While searching for reviews and complete cures, I found that there are quite a few cases where adult atopic dermatitis improves with herbal medicine, so I'd like to try that treatment. I am considering herbal medicine treatment for atopic dermatitis and am curious if anyone has actually seen results. I would like to know how long it usually takes to see changes, and whether there were any side effects or if symptoms worsened during the initial stages of taking the medication. It would also be very helpful if you could let me know approximately how much it costs. I hear a lot about how herbal medicine varies depending on one's constitution, so I'm worried that starting it might make things worse, but on the other hand, I'm also hopeful that it might be helpful for adult atopic dermatitis like mine. I want to make a careful decision after hearing honest experiences from those who have actually received treatment, rather than advertisements. I would be very grateful if you could share what you considered important when choosing a clinic or how you managed your condition during treatment. Even a small experience would be a great help.
