There are so many different types of gastrointestinal diseases, but hearing about gastritis and reflux esophagitis all the time has left me completely stiff. Even on an empty stomach, if I get on edge, I experience reflux and heartburn, and I frequently have pain that feels like my stomach is twisting. My intestines seem to be becoming more sensitive, so my condition is getting worse and worse. Maybe because of the diarrhea, I've been on an "automatic diet" too... I lost 4 kilos over 3 months through this "automatic diet," but I didn't lose weight intentionally... It feels like a huge stone isn't going down, so my body feels sluggish, heavy, and just generally unwell. I suspect it might be something like *Damyukbyung* (a condition where a large lump of phlegm accumulates in the stomach), but that's just my own speculation.
