Does anyone know what it is when you press on the solar plexus and it feels painful and hard?

Lately, I’ve been really bothered by the pain and hard sensation I feel when I press on my sternum. At first, I thought it was just indigestion, so I took some digestive medicine and let it go, but it remained the same even after a few days. Sometimes it hurts even when I don't press on it. It feels like something is blocked or that what I ate is still stuck there. It feels less like a feeling and more like it is actually happening. When I press on my sternum with my hand, I can definitely feel something hardening. Everyone I ask says it’s just stress, but I’m not sure if the pain I get when pressing on my sternum can be explained simply by stress. Even when I don't press on it, a heavy, uncomfortable feeling persists all day long. It comes with heartburn and a stabbing sensation, and I don't know if all of these are connected. I’ve tried everything that's supposed to be helpful. My mom and I both have weak stomachs, so we used to prick our fingers to draw dark blood, but maybe because we’ve done that so many times, it doesn't seem to have much effect these days. I’ve tried taking supplements and things like cabbage, which are said to help relieve pain when pressing on the sternum. I’ve also tried avoiding lying down immediately after meals, cutting down on spicy foods, and even quitting caffeine. I’ve tried drinking warm water on an empty stomach and consistently drinking tea that is said to be good for the stomach, but honestly, I don’t feel like anything makes a big difference no matter what I do. In fact, it feels like the more I worry about it, the more sensitive I become. I’ve visited not just one, but two hospitals. They said there were no abnormalities in the endoscopy results, and the blood tests showed no significant issues either. All they said was that my stomach is just sensitive and a prescription for medication. It seems to get a little better while I’m taking the medicine, but as soon as I stop, it goes back to how it was before. The pain when I press on my epigastric region persists, and the hard area to the touch remains the same. It’s even more frustrating because the tests show no abnormalities, yet it hurts when I press on my epigastric region, and my body is clearly uncomfortable. It feels like there is a fundamental cause, but since I don’t know what it is, I feel at a loss as to where to even begin again. I’ve heard from people around me that it might be related to *Damyuk* (a condition involving stagnant blood in the stomach), but I’m not sure if the pain when pressing on the epigastric region overlaps with the symptoms of *Damyuk*. I have no idea if I should visit a Korean medicine clinic or see a specialist from a different department. Has anyone else experienced pain and a hard, stiff sensation when pressing on the pit of the stomach? I am so curious to know how you approached this and where you found the cause. Please let me know if there is a method that actually worked for you after suffering from pain when pressing on the pit of the stomach. I am asking this desperately because I feel like only those who have truly experienced this frustration can understand it...
