Hello. I am writing this post because I am curious about where and how those of you who take herbal tonics before summer arrives! It rained a lot recently, and I felt a bit chilly, so I realized I needed to get some made quickly. I make sure to get herbal tonics made at least once a year before summer comes. In the years I definitely took them, I didn't get heatstroke, and even during the COVID-19 outbreak, while everyone around me was collapsing one after another, I just got through it with a runny nose and a cold. Seeing that, I thought, "Ah, it really does work." I feel like I need to take them in advance again this time to survive the flu season and get through the winter, so I’m slowly starting to look into it. However, the Korean medicine clinic I used to go to was one I found in the neighborhood with good reviews. At first, they examined me thoroughly and were kind enough to get seasonal tonics made frequently, but as time went on, it felt like they had become a bit perfunctory. I don't feel the effects as much as before, so naturally, I started looking into other places. I am someone who absolutely needs herbal tonics.
