I really don't know what's causing these heartburn and chest pain symptoms... I don't even eat spicy food. Please tell me how to fix this.

I have heartburn symptoms in my pit of the stomach and around my heart, which occur both on an empty stomach and after meals; they last almost all day long. I really don't know the cause, so I'm so frustrated. Is anyone else experiencing something similar? I've had reflux esophagitis for a while, but they said it hasn't gotten worse. I requested and had an endoscopy again last month. I hardly ever eat spicy food. I try to avoid irritating foods as much as possible and pay attention to my diet, but the burning sensation comes up at random times, and I feel a burning sensation reaching all the way up to my chest. It comes after meals, and it comes on an empty stomach. Sometimes my pit of the stomach hurts too. It's like heartburn plus pain? I have absolutely no clue what the cause of this heartburn is. Even when I get medication from the hospital, it doesn't really work. When I'm in a rush, I buy antacids from the pharmacy, and it only feels better for a brief moment, but my stomach still feels bloated. I really wonder why this is happening... A friend even commented that my stomach looks bigger... It keeps repeating the cycle of the symptoms coming back once the medication wears off. I keep feeling like this isn't a fundamental solution, but I don't know what to do. I don't even eat spicy food, so I don't know why this is happening. Is it possible for the cause of heartburn to have nothing to do with food? I've heard that it's connected to stress, but if the digestive system and the autonomic nervous system are linked, I'm really curious how I should approach it. Has anyone received treatment for the cause of heartburn at a Korean medicine clinic? I heard that autonomic dysfunction? Or that focusing treatment on regulating the autonomic nervous system and the stomach can help... I'm curious how this differs from hospital antacids and if you actually felt any effect. I'd also like to know how combining herbal medicine with acupuncture makes a difference. I'm still not sure if I need to adjust things like caffeine intake or dietary habits as well. To those who lived solely on antacids but changed their approach, please let me know how you found the cause of your heartburn! And please, anyone else wondering why this is happening even though you don't eat spicy food, please leave a comment too!
