My facial atopic eczema is severe. I've been to a dermatologist, but please tell me if there are any other methods.

I'm so stressed out because of the atopic eczema on my face. At first, I thought it would get better quickly, but it's lasting longer than I expected, so I'm worried. Since the atopic eczema keeps spreading to my cheeks and chin, I'm self-conscious about meeting people and can't even apply makeup properly. I used to go to the same dermatologist I always went to, but my condition kept getting worse, so I looked for other places and visited them several times. I've also consistently used the prescribed ointment and moisturizer, but it feels like the cycle keeps repeating—getting better and then getting worse again—which is frustrating. It feels like my skin gets better when I apply the ointment, but then the recovery is slow, or sometimes it just doesn't get better at all, which makes me even more anxious and worried. You mentioned it looks like facial atopic dermatitis, but is it actually atopic dermatitis or just eczema? Is it normal for it to last this long? Some people around me have mentioned getting consultations at Korean medicine clinics to examine their overall physical condition and "constitutional improvement" rather than just focusing on the skin. They say it actually gets better if you take herbal medicine. Of course, I don't think the right approach is guaranteed since it varies from person to person, but I realized I need to find a different treatment approach. Has anyone here received a consultation at a Korean medicine clinic for facial atopic eczema in addition to dermatological treatment? I am curious to know what the differences were and if they also provide advice on lifestyle management. I would also like to hear how those who have suffered from facial atopic eczema for a long time like me managed their condition on a daily basis. Whether through a Korean medicine clinic or other methods, please let me know if there are any management techniques that were helpful. I am really getting exhausted from this recurring facial atopic eczema. The photo on the left shows the condition after a relapse, and the photo on the right shows it when it had improved slightly. I am still debating whether to get a consultation at a Korean medicine clinic, so I would appreciate any experiences or advice you may have.
