Please recommend a hospital for treatment before my irritable bowel syndrome symptoms get worse.

It wasn't until much later that I realized it, but as my Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) symptoms worsened, a whole host of other issues started piling up. It wasn't just a one-day or two-day thing that I was having gas in my stomach.
My stomach would swell up solid after meals, and on days when I felt particularly sensitive, I'd be constantly running to the bathroom. Lately, however, it feels like the pain is deep inside my intestines. Just in case, I was scared, so I insisted on getting a colonoscopy last month, but they found no abnormalities. Yet, it feels like things have been getting worse since then. It hurts a bit. It feels like menstrual cramps, separate from the gas and bloating.
I didn't know if it was due to food, stress, or some other reason. I just assumed I was living with a sensitive stomach, not knowing the cause.
After looking things up, I learned that IBS symptoms aren't simply about being sensitive, but that my gut environment has completely broken down. They said my probiotic balance was also off, so my intestines were reacting immediately to bad food. I used to think I just had to live with it for the rest of my life, but I felt like I could get better if I fixed and treated it. I started by reviewing my diet one by one, and since then, I’ve begun filtering out foods that are bad for my intestines. I realized I really needed to make some changes. I'm sure everyone already knows this, but I’m sharing this because I think it will be really helpful for those with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) symptoms.
**Top 5 Foods Bad for Your Intestines!!!**
1. Flour-based Foods
There are many cases where people with IBS symptoms report a reduction in gas and bloating after cutting down on flour.
2. Dairy Products
Foods high in lactose, such as milk, cheese, and ice cream, tend to cause a more sensitive reaction the more sensitive the intestines are.
3. Caffeine
Those with the diarrheal type of IBS should be especially careful with coffee, energy drinks, and strong green tea.
4. Fried or Spicy Foods
They slow down digestion and put a strain on the intestines, making bloating and abdominal pain worse. Fried chicken and fried foods are prime examples. 5. Carbonated drinks worsen abdominal bloating. When my intestines are sensitive, carbonated drinks are like adding fuel to the fire.
I have been cutting these out one by one, and while the extremely severe symptoms of Irritable Bowel Syndrome have lessened, I no longer wake up in the morning with gurgling bloating. However, I haven't seen any progress beyond that. So I've been looking into internal medicine, family medicine, and functional medicine clinics, as well as looking into Korean medicine clinics, but it's hard to make a decision.
For those who have suffered from similar symptoms and recovered, could you please share your treatment recommendations?
